Once orders are dispatched you will receive an email notification
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Melbourne: 2-5 business days
- Sydney + Adelaide: 2-5 business days
- Brisbane + Perth: 3-7 business days
- International orders – Dependant on Country and Location
SECTION 2 - RETURNS POLICY
Dilly's Collections is committed to our customer service and we love knowing that our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase or would like to refund or exchange an item we offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all online orders (not including postage).
All goods need to be returned in original condition, including swing tags. The purchaser is responsible for covering the cost of returning the product.

SECTION 3 - DAMAGED ITEMS
We take great care to ensure that our products are packed securely, so they arrive at your door in perfect condition.
However if you receive a faulty item, please contact us and we will replace the item or if it is no longer available, a full refund will be offered.
SECTION 4 - MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives and something is missing please let us know and we will fix it up straight away.
SECTION 5 - WARRANTY
Dilly's Collections offers a 3 month warranty on all items.
This refers to manufacturing faults only and does not include wear and tear or neglect.
